PURPLE SWEET POTATO NOODLE



Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup instant purple sweet potato flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
 
Methods:
  1. Combine all flours, mix well
  2. Add water, egg and oil, knead until dough not sticky
  3. On a floured surface, roll the dough into thin sheet and cut into desired length
  4. Cook noodle in boiling water, drain
