PURPLE SWEET POTATO NOODLE

- ¼ cup instant purple sweet potato flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup tapioca flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs water
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
Methods:
- Combine all flours, mix well
- Add water, egg and oil, knead until dough not sticky
- On a floured surface, roll the dough into thin sheet and cut into desired length
- Cook noodle in boiling water, drain
