PURPLE SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI

- ¼ cup instant purple sweet potato flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup water
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
Methods:
- Combine instant flour and all purpose flour, mix well
- Knead the dough while adding water a bit at a time until smooth and elastic
- Shape dough into ropes and cut into 2 cm pieces
- In a large pot of salted boiling water cook the gnocchi, they are ready when they float to the top
- Drain and serve gnocchi with desired sauce
