PURPLE SWEET POTATO SILKY PUDDING



Ingredients:
  • 2 tbs instant purple sweet potato flour
  • 80 g condensed milk
  • 1000 ml milk
  • 1 tsp jelly powder
  • 1 tsp agar powder
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs corn starch
  • Vanilla essence
  • Salt
 
Methods:
  1. Blend all ingredients until well mixed
  2. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils
  3. Pour and strain mixture into mold
