PURPLE SWEET POTATO ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
  • 60 g instant purple sweet potato flour, add 150 ml water to make a paste
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 240 ml full cream milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbs whipping cream
 
Methods:
  1. Blend all ingredients until well mixed and fluffy
  2. Transfer to container and place in freezer for 6 hours
