PURPLE SWEET POTATO ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
Methods:
- 60 g instant purple sweet potato flour, add 150 ml water to make a paste
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 240 ml full cream milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbs whipping cream
Methods:
- Blend all ingredients until well mixed and fluffy
- Transfer to container and place in freezer for 6 hours
