MUSHROOM CREAM SOUP

Ingredients:
Methods:
- 200 g oyster mushrooms, parboiled and processed in blender
- 100 g shiitake, chopped
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml water
- 5 tsp umamitake chicken
- 2 tbs flour
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Sugar, salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, finely chopped
Methods:
- Fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add oyster mushrooms, mix well
- Add flour, stir until thickens. Pour milk slowly while stirring
- Pour water, season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper
- Add umamitake chicken, mix well
- Add shiitake, cook until softened. Remove soup, pour into bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately
