BEET SPONGE CAKE

* serves 16 slices
Ingredients:
Methods:
- 150 g beets, puree
- 200 g margarine
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Methods:
- Beat margarine and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Add beet and mixture of baking powder and flour, mix well slowly
- Pour batter into pan greased with margarine and lined with baking paper
- Bake in microwave for ± 15 minutes or oven for 25 minutes
