MUSHROOM SALAD

Ingredients:
Sauce ingredients:
Methods:
- 500 g oyster mushrooms, sliced and parboiled for ± 5 minutes
- 100 g variety of green salad
- 2 red chillis, finely chopped
- 2 tbs margarine | butter
- 50 g onion, thinly sliced
Sauce ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt and sugar, to taste
Methods:
- To make sauce: blend sauce ingredients until smooth
- Fry red chillis with margarine | butter in low fire until tender. Remove and set aside
- Arrange green salad on the plate, place parboiled mushrooms and pour sauce
- Decorate with onion and fried chillis on top. Serve
