STEAMED MUSHROOM CHICKEN RICE

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups germinated rice
  • 100 g chicken meat, thinly sliced
  • 5 dried Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed. Soak in warm water and slice thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • Pepper, to taste

Methods:
  1. Cook germinated rice in rice cooker, set aside
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add in garlic, chicken and mushrooms, sauté until tender. Add soy sauce and pepper, mix well
  3. Add cooked germinated rice to the sauté mixture, mix well
  4. Steam germinated rice and sauté mixture together for ± 15 minutes
