STEAMED MUSHROOM CHICKEN RICE

* serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups germinated rice
- 100 g chicken meat, thinly sliced
- 5 dried Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed. Soak in warm water and slice thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- Pepper, to taste
Methods:
- Cook germinated rice in rice cooker, set aside
- Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add in garlic, chicken and mushrooms, sauté until tender. Add soy sauce and pepper, mix well
- Add cooked germinated rice to the sauté mixture, mix well
- Steam germinated rice and sauté mixture together for ± 15 minutes
