BEEF SPRING ROLL WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM

Methods to make sauce:
- 10 lumpia wrappers
- 200 g ground beef
- 150 g champignon mushrooms, sliced
- 50 g onion, minced
- 150 g cooking cream
- 100 g carrots, finely chopped
- 5 g salt
- 5 g pepper
- 10 g umamitake beef
- 5 g umamitake shiitake mushroom
- 5 g green onion, thinly sliced
- Cooking oil
Sauce ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce
Methods:
- Cook ground beef, onion, carrot, champignon mushroom, green onion and cooking cream until cooked through. Season with umamitake beef, umamitake shiitake mushroom, salt and pepper, mix well
- Place the cooked ground beef on the lumpia wrappers then roll tight
- Fry the rolls until all sides golden brown

- Mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chili sauce together
