WOKU CHICKEN



Ingredients:
  • 250 g chicken
  • 200 g red anaheim chilies
  • 150 g bird eye chilies
  • 50 g turmeric
  • 10 g candlenut
  • 10 g garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 15 g ginger
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 50 g green onion
  • 80 g basil
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp umamitake chicken
 
Methods:
  1. Finely blend anaheim chilies, bird eye chilies, turmeric, ginger, garlic, candlenuts and cooking oil
  2. Sauté bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant. Add the blended spice paste
  3. Add chicken, pepper, salt and umamitake chicken, mix well
  4. Cook until chickens are fully cooked. Add basil leaves and green onions, stir until wilted
