MUSHROOM JELLY
* serves 6 cups
Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh wood ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 20 g dried wolfberries
- 80 g sugar
- 1 L water
- 2 fresh pandan leaves
Methods:
- Put mushrooms and pandan leaves into saucepan filled with water. Bring to boil then add sugar and wolfberries, let water returns to boil and remove
- Can be served hot or cold
