MUSHROOM CHICKEN MEATBALL

Ingredients:
  • 100 g ground chicken
  • 50 g wood ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg white

Soup ingredients:
  • 1 L chicken stock
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs cooking oil
  • 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced

Methods:
  1. To make meatball, combine thoroughly ground chicken, mushrooms, salt and egg white
  2. Boil chicken stock, add salt and pepper
  3. Heat sesame oil and cooking oil, fry garlic and onion until fragrant. Add to chicken stock
  4. Roll meatball mixture into small balls then transfer them into boiling chicken stock
  5. Sprinkle spring onion and serve
