MUSHROOM CHICKEN MEATBALL

* serves 4
Ingredients:
- 100 g ground chicken
- 50 g wood ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg white
Soup ingredients:
- 1 L chicken stock
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
Methods:
- To make meatball, combine thoroughly ground chicken, mushrooms, salt and egg white
- Boil chicken stock, add salt and pepper
- Heat sesame oil and cooking oil, fry garlic and onion until fragrant. Add to chicken stock
- Roll meatball mixture into small balls then transfer them into boiling chicken stock
- Sprinkle spring onion and serve
