SEA BASS FILLET RICE

* serves 4
Ingredients:
- 175 g (¾ cup) germinated rice, washed and drain
- 400 g sea bass fillet
- 350 ml hot water
- 2 star anise flowers
- Chilli powder, to taste
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Methods:
- Put germinated rice into a pan with the measured hot water, season with salt, chilli powder and star anise, cover and cook over low heat for ± 20 minutes or cook in rice cooker
- Remove pan and leave to stand for 5 minutes without removing the lid
- Coat sea bass fillet with oil and season with salt and pepper
- Heat frying pan with cooking oil over medium heat and fry the fillet until cooked
- Serve rice with fish fillet, the star anise can be used to garnish rice
