Our beans are germinated in a controlled and stringent environment using reverse osmosis water that is free from bacteria. The air temperature and circulation are also monitored closely during drying process to maintain the high nutritional contents of our sprouted beans.
 
Sprouting decreases the presence of anti-nutrients; they are naturally occurring compounds in beans that interfere with our ability to digest vitamins and minerals. By sprouting, nutrients like amino acids, sugars, vitamins and minerals become more absorbable. Moreover, sprouting increases the concentrations of crude fiber that can help regulate bowel movements.
