Our organic rice is processed without using any chemicals and germinated in a controlled and stringent environment using reverse osmosis water that is free from bacteria. The air temperature and circulation are also monitored closely during drying process to maintain the high nutritional contents of our germinated rice.  
 
Germination process activates dormant enzymes and enhances the bio availability of nutrients by neutralizing phytic acid within the rice, thus allowing the proteins, vitamins and enzymes to be readily absorbed during digestion.
