Mushroom Jelly

  • 100 g fresh Wood Ear mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 20 g dried wolfberries
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 L water
  • 2 fresh pandan leaves

  1. Put mushrooms and pandan leaves into saucepan filled with water. Bring to boil then add sugar and wolfberries, let water returns to boil and remove
  2. Can be served hot or cold
